Hello ,
I read your concern.
1.The commonest cause of bleeding from Testis is trauma. But as you haven't provided any such history , we should look into other causes.
Other causes may be :
2. An infection of the testis
3. A ruptured sebaceous cyst
4.
Varicose veins
5.
Angiokeratoma (Damage to the capillaries of the
scrotum)
Now , to arrive at a diagnosis, examination as well as laboratory investigations are required.
For example, to rule out infectious etiology, try to rule out occurence of fever and pain. A
complete blood count with increased Total count may suggest infection.
Angiokeratoma and varicose vein can be confirmed with the help of USG Scrotum
A ruptured Sebaceous cyst may lead to pain as well as collection of fluid in the sac for which a USG may help.
So , a physical examination by a
Urologist is a must who may help you in deciding the future course.
Hope this Helps.
Follow up questions ae welcome.
