One in five pregnancies may be complicated with bleeding in the first trimester. This is a common thing. To make sure if this is a healthy pregnancy of not you will need to be followed up with transvaginal ultrasound and BHCG levels every 2 days. If the BHCG is not increasing with at least 60% in 48 hours chances are high that this pregnancy is at risk.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
