What Causes Bladder Pain?

I have had bladder pain, which my doctor attributed to bladder trauma to a csection after 18 hours of labor 5 months ago. I have had two urine cultures done and they were clear...but I still get painful flare ups after I pee sometimes. Tonight i noticed white tissue like things floating in my urine. My doctors seem annoyed with me because I keep going back and they keep telling me it is nothing. Should I be worried? I am 25, 5'3 and 150lbs.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. White tissues floating could be WBC casts, which could be seen in urinary tract infection.
2. However, urine cultures are done and urine is clear, not to worry.
3. Bladder pain could be due to bladder trauma and improper healing. You can take anti-spasmodics, it could be helpful. Take plenty of water to reduce risk of future infection.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
