General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms suggest possible fungal infection (due to excessive sweating in the groin). Please start wearing loose cotton underwear. Have frequent washes, dry the skin and sprinkle Neosporin H dusting powder (over the counter) on it. Apply Neosporin H ointment at bed time. In case there is no relief in 10 days, consult a skin specialist for oral antifungal agent with suitable dosage for you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
