Sir, I am from India .I have noticed black patch like thing on my penile cap on the side . i am absolutely normal and my age is 42 . I am a married person since 1993 . what could this be. i have no extra marital affairs at all .Can you help me .

if your information are correct then it can be allergic or inflammatory ring. give any other signs and symptoms like itching and pain it can be fungal infection. get your wife checked for any inflammatory lesion in her private part. it will be better if it is examined by doctor for diagnosis so that treatment can be advised. maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
