Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to tell you that most common causes of Blackouts (Syncope) in children is dehydration, low sugars, not eating properly etcetera.

Some serious medical condition like anemia, structural heart disease, arrythmias can also cause syncope in children.

Kindly get his CBC, blood sugars, ECG, electrocardiography and Holter monitoring for 48 hour done and personally consult with a Pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Navneet Bansal
