What Causes Beeping And Hurting Of Chest?

My six year old is constantly telling me that his heart is beeping and he puts his hand on his chest . He is not always doing physicial activity when this happens. I do notice that he does it more frequently in the morning upon rising. He does experience low blood sugar at times. He also complains of his chest hurting right in the middle and he has to take a few deep breaths and sits down.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Palpitation (conscious of one's own heart beat) occurs due to anxiety, fever and exercise physiologically.
Rythm disturbances like Arrythmias and some valvular heart diseases give rise to palpitation.
Better consult doctor if it does not disappear in due course.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
