What Causes Bad Stench From Hair Despite Washing?
I wash my hair every day with a rare exception now and again where I might skip a day. Lately I ve noticed that my hair smells strange even right after washing it. It s a bad smell and I can t seem to get rid of it regardless of washing it or not washing it. Any suggestions?

Hi. The smells could be caused by free fatty acids, liberated by action of fungi on scalp skin lipids. Are you having severe "dandruff" ? You should take a course of oral antifungal with ketoconazole based shampoo. I hope it helps. Thanks
