General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your 2yrs old daughter Presenting with a history of bad breath during whining period as well as smelling urine I will suggest she has developed a condition called halitosis(bad breath) with a possible urinary tract infection

In view of this let her take the following
Syrup zinnat TCP mouthwash syrup flagyl

If no improvement then schedule an appointment with a paediatric specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment

I hope this helps Regards
