What causes backache and tight sensation in the muscles?

My husband frequently suffers from back pain, seemingly caused by tight and knotted muscles. How can he minimize the pain when it starts, and stop the muscles from really tightening up, rendering him unable to stand upright and sometimes unable to get out of bed?

Since when he is suffering from the problem? Possible causes are
1. Lumbar spondylosis
2. Back muscle spasm
3. Kidney infection
4. If he is suffering from fever or pain, then there is a chance of TAB spine.
Take sufficient amount of rest, use muscle relaxant like Tablet Aceclo MR twice a day for five days. Please consult your orthopedician or neurosurgeon they will advise MRI scan and treat you accordingly.
