What Causes Backache Along With Rash Under The Arms And Breasts?

Starting having back pain in the middle of my back about 4 weeks ago. About 3 weeks ago broke out in a rash under my arms and breast, on my face, and on the inside of my thighs. Got a steroid shot - the rash cleared. Now experiencing pain in lower right of back w/discomfort in the front right groin area. Had kidney stones about 8 years ago - pain in the groin area is similar w/twinges of intermittent pain.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pain in the back and flank that goes to the groin is very likely to be a renal colic in someone who has a history of renal stones.

At the moment you can apply some heat pads, and over the counter painkiller like ibuprofen or paracetamol for the pain. Take more and more fluids.

For definitive treatment, you should See your doctor to do a scan and then proper management accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
