Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you testical infection or urine infection can cause you radiating pain in the back which needs proper evaluation.

Kindly get a urinalysis and USG Abdomen done and consult a physician personally for physical evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
