What Causes Back Pain During The Last Month Of Pregnancy?

I m 39 weeks pregnant I ve been feeling really hot all day long. I have been drinking fluids and checked my temperature. I do not have a temperature but still very hot. I also have had some back pain kick in this past hour. This is my second pregnancy I do not feel on going contractions but I m very worried about the way im feeling. With my first I remember feeling just like this the night I went into labor but I also lost mucus plug so I knew I needed to go to hospital. I m very miserable and need some advice.

experience in every pregnancy is different. you may feel backache for few hours to days before you start to have labour pains. be calm and patient. do some back stretching exercises for your back pain. an oil massage with a warm shower should ease the pain a bit.
