What Causes Back Pain, Abdominal Pain And Constipation?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i have bein suffering pain in my central back region for over a week i was prescribed antibotics as blood showed up in urine sample.pain hasnt eased much and is in my front left side region of my abdominal and around my bowel area. Iwas very constipated and had to take ducolax until the moved. That was last thurs and they havnt moved since but i still have sharp pain radiating up and down my left side down into abdominal area and left back area. What could this be.i am very anxious as i fear bowel problems. I am 42 yr old single mum of three kids my mum died from a preforated bowel and i am anxious if its heriditary i would be very grateful for you advice

Dear madam,your pain in central back has nothing to do with your other problems.infact,amongst many causes,blood in urine can be because of urinary tract infection which ,i know from my daily practice,can cause abdominal pain.apart from that,constipation can cause your pain in the bowel region of abdomen.as far as bowel perforation concerned this is not at all hereditary.so there is nothing much to worry.wish you a healthy and happy life.thank you.
