What Causes Appetite Loss?

I have had absolutely no appetite for four days now. I have to force myself to eat anything, and usually cannot bear to finish it. I don't even have the desire to drink my daily tea or water. Today I noticed a slight numbness in my throat and the back of my mouth. Should I be concerned?

Hello, thank you for asking question on HealthCare Magic.
Loss of Appetite is a nonspecific symptom that can allude our attention from very simple problems such as depression to some serious problems. I would recommend the change in life style first which includes enough exercise to make you feel the hunger. Eat on scheduled times and try to work on decreasing your stress level. If it does not resolve, please consult a physician with complete History. Thank you.
