General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort.

1) As per your history is concerned your problem has many pathological causes and as you have already taken antibiotics so chance of bacterial infection is very remote.

2) Do check your Stool for intestinal parasite present.

3) Do check your HB% and correct it.

4) Do check CBC with differential to ruled out viral causes.

5) Check your liver by doing liver function test. Add Liv-52 syrup twice a day before food follow me if any doubt arises.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
