General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The anxiety itself is a disease and may occur without any other problem related to the heart or lungs. This is even nor related to HIV. This is just taking thing too much on the mind. If your all tests are fine, then you should just relax. Try meditation and deep breathing exercises.

While you may get an HIV test at any clinic to be sure, but this anxiety does relate to HIV itself.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
