What Causes Ankle Pain, Arm Pain And Numbness In Fingers?

I have suddenly started experienceing great pain in the back of my ankles and after sitting for a bit it is hard to get up and walk. Also my arms are aching in my elbows and in the bone. My fingers are going to sleep very easily (tingley feeling) and every night. What could this be?

it could be herniation in the disc or muscle entrapment of nerve due to poor posture, for exact and clear diagnosis you have to visit your nearby orthopedic surgeon or GP. you can start with general physiotherapy program of strenghtening and correcting posture, if it helps then not to worry, if not plz consult your doctor
