General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Unusual movement over the right side of mid back does not pause a major threat as that of pulmonary embolism attack of the previous instance.

The same can be mere muscle or ligament sprain or else. However, to rule out any doubt and dilemma, kindly telephone office of your treating surgeon for further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
