What Causes An Intermittent Flash Of White Light In The Peripheral Vision?
This afternoon I started seeing bright lights in half of my visual field on the left side of my left eye. Gone for a while. Just now when I close my eye see bright jagged line around periphery of vision on left side on left eye only. The lights remain when my eye open and not going away.

hi..flashes of white line seen mostly after 50yrs.
it will resolve mostly without any treatment.
if not then plzz do not ignore it as it is associated with optic nerve.
get ophthalmologidt examination ..if it persist and hamper vision.
as far treatment NO reliable treatment present today.
