General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Symptoms could be due to infection in the urinary tract, anxiety, structure abnormality in bladder and urethra, constipation.
I would suggest to consult pediatric urologist and undergo examination, urine routine and microscopic test, USG scan to confirm cause.
Specific treatment depend on cause
Avoid caffeine or other ingredients that may encourage overactive bladder
Using timed voiding, or urinating on a schedule -- for example, every two hours
Adopting healthy urination habits, such as taking enough time to urinate and relaxing muscles during urination
UTI require antibiotic
Anticholinergic drugs containing oxybutynin will help
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
