What Causes An Increase In The BP Followed By Headache And Nausea?

Hi, I have a friend who went into the hospital with a low heart rate, however, her bp was high and she had had migrane headache and vomitting. Many test were ran, ekg, mri, cat scan, etc. all test came back in normal condition. Have you any idea what this might be. She was sent home with pain medication and told to follow up with her Primary.
