What Causes An Extended Stomach Area, In Spite Of Good Health?

I have an extended stomach area which the appearance of drives me crazy!! I feel great and exercise a couple of hours most every day and usually with a lot of vigor. I do a lot of leg lifts, stomach\app work and still look like heck. I am not over weight; am 5 ft 9+, weigh 164 to 167 lbs and do not have a beer belly . I get regular health check ups including blood tests and am always told my health is good. I do have type ll diabetes but it is totally under control with metformin, diet and exercise. What may be the cause of how my stomach area looks and what can I do to improve ?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having more fat deposition on stomach precipitating by diabetes giving rise this type of feeling.
Another possibility of having hernia should be ruled out.
Go for abdominal recti muscle exercises daily.
Control more fat and carbohydrate food.
Ok and take care.
