What Causes Amniotic Fluid Discharge During Third Trimester Of Pregnancy?

I m 35 weeks and have a lot of questions.I ve leak amniotic fluid twice and have woke up with my under wear wet, not drenched, but even my shorts were wet. I have a lot of vaginal discharge, before and during the times I leaked amniotic fluid, and now. My stomach will feel tight and the pain will last about 2 or 3 minutes, but only have those pains ( or contractions ) about 3 times in an hour. The pains are very strong though. Yesterday it put me in tears. I don t know if this is a sign of preterm labor or not but I mnot sure about anything that s going on with my pregnancy right now, but this is also my first. Any advice?!?!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be vaginal discharge and may not be amniotic fluids, now for the pain it may be pseudo labor pangs, in my opinion you better get done the clinical examination with your gynecologist for right opinion, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
