What Causes Amenorrhea After A Myomectomy?
Hi, I had a myomectomy operation and after that I haven t had my menstrual flow for almost a year, I went back to the doctor and he conducted a lapratomy after that insected iucd into my cervix to aviod adheshiolysys and placed me on combination 3, it is two months now and the flow still hasn t come. Is there a drug or injection I could use to get my flow back? And if the menstral cycle never returns how do I get to know when I am ovulating? Please help I am getting frustrated. Thanks

Hi, I think you should wait for few more months. As you are on a combination, when you will stop it , you will have your periods. You might have developed adhesions in uterus. That's why IUCD was put inside. So, it will take some time for endometrial to regain its function . Hope it helps.
