What Causes Acid Reflux?

I have an over production of stomach acid that has led to not only acid reflux but a hiatal hernia as well. But to compound that, I also have ulcers caused by the H-pylori parasite that have taken over my stomack. So I m at sort of a catch 22 on what foods to eat and herbs to take or stay away from. Can you help give me an idea as what to eat and not to eat? I am on antibiotics for the H-Pylori and antacids for reflux.
