General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Heartburn and sweating are suggestive of Gastro-esophageal reflux disease. You need to consult your doctor to perform the clinical assessment and prescribe the suitable treatment such as Proton pump inhibitors.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abed Tahrawi
