What Causes Absence Of Periods And Masculine Features?

im 23 and have never had a period, ive never been to an gyn and have been too scared too go and find out what is wrong - beyond the fact that i have no health insurance and also own a home so medical bills are not exactly something im looking forward to. Ive read alot online about different issues. Im very much fully developed, i am six foot tall (which is pretty normal for my family) so i dont know if some of my qualities are masculine (i.e. somthing like swyer s syndrome.)
