General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history and localisation of the lesions suggests hair follicular infection with collection of pus within.
2.In this case an antibiotic will help, in larger and recurrence a small incision and drainage might be needed.
3.Ask her not to squeeze the lumps, scratch the area - in that way they will complicate and reoccur again and not heal accordingly.
4.Maintain local hygiene, clean with antiseptic liquid. Avoid shaving for some time until heals, use trimmer instead.
5.A complete blood count to see the possibilities of reduced WBC count causing the infections. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
