What Causes Abnormally Low Blood Pressure And Pulse Rate?
I am a 45 year old female with diabetes, vertigo, tachycardia and congestive heart failure. My blood pressure has been running low all day but now to a new low 76/43 with 106 pulse. I checked again 15 minutes later and it was 85/52 with 109 pulse. My question is when do I begin to worry because I feel fine.

Diastolic blood pressure below 60 is concerning and require medical attention even though you feel fine.
