What Causes Abnormally Low Blood Pressure And Pulse Rate?

I am a 45 year old female with diabetes, vertigo, tachycardia and congestive heart failure. My blood pressure has been running low all day but now to a new low 76/43 with 106 pulse. I checked again 15 minutes later and it was 85/52 with 109 pulse. My question is when do I begin to worry because I feel fine.

Hello,

Diastolic blood pressure below 60 is concerning and require medical attention even though you feel fine. Such hypotension can occur due to several reasons like volume depletion, cardiac failure, cardiac arrhythmias, medications, etc. Please be advised to go to the emergency room as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal
