Hello,
In the current scenario, you should see a specialist for a proper appraisal of the situation. This abnormal vaginal bleeding can be a sequel to hormone disturbances secondary to sudden weight changes, stress, infection, certain medications, local causes like erosion of the cervix, polyps of the uterus and the cervix, vaginitis, cervicitis and urinary tract infections etc. Speculum examination, swab tests, urinalysis, blood counts and a sonogram of the pelvis are necessary. Hope this helps.
