What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi im on the shot im not due for 3weeks. I been on my period now 4weeks, started lightvred now its dark like mud andhas a little blokd clot nothing thick. I wondering am i safe and am i gone be ok. Startuping to get weak and something pulling in my bottom.

Blood after intercourse can be due to local lesions like cervical polyp, vaginitis, premalignant and malignant lesions of the cervix or vagina.
I will suggest you consult OBGYN specialist for proper internal examination, pap smear and get the further treatment accordingly.
