What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding?

I have been seeing a guy and we recently have had sex for the first time well right afterwards I started my period kinda early and when I was alone using my vibrator after being off my period I noticed there was some blood on my vibrator this is the second time I have noticed this is this normal?
