What Causes Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding?

I am on my period. It was a little bit heavy and I have had it for 2 days. I bled a little this morning but then it just kinda stopped. Whenever I wipe after using the bathroom though, the toilet paper is very bloody and red. Is this normal/ why is this happening?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
abnormal menstrual bleeding is occurs when your hormone levels keep varaying or there is an imbalance. Kindly get your hormones FSH, LH and Prolactin levels checked and take Gynecologist opinion regarding variations if found.
Otherwise, it might be due to stress. Relax and it will be nirmal soon.
