Hello,

Abdominal pain and gastritis may be due to food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome or infection or malabsorption syndromes or fatty liver disease etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole.

Avoid lactose and gluten-containing food. Avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Use a soft diet, drink plenty of water. Gum bleeding may be due to vitamin B12 deficiency or due to infection.

Take vitamin C containing food like lemon juice or oranges.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
