Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I am having pain in my abdomen. Mostly like a pinching pain. It is mostly on the right side, even sometimes in the backa or even sides below the ribs. Sometimes the pain shifts to left. I have had Ultra sound, endoscopy. All came out to be normal.
I suggest you to change your lifestyle. Exercise regularly, eat healthy foods rich in fiber, drink plenty of fluids and avoid alcohol and smoking. It seems like a problem with transit or indigestion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
