What Causes Abdominal Pain, Vomiting Sensation And Bloating Post An Injury?

Hi sir I have a little pain in stomach feal like omating but not omate. do not want to eat more. this is from 4 days. I was eat a chicken last Tuesday and my son who is 12 kg jump on my stomach that evening on wensday I lift some weight and then a pain starts in my stomack. Many of times 4 times it is from right side where my son jump and 1 time from upper side and 1 time from left as well as I have gasses problem also. What should I do I am from sangrampur near Akola

Hi,

Noted your history of your 12 kg son jumping on your abdomen after you ate chicken, have pain in upper abdomen, nausea and so on.
This is a serious problem till investigated as internal injury has to be diagnosed well.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a General Surgeon urgently for clinical examination.
Investigations like Upper GI Endoscopy, CT scan of abdomen with contrast, tests of stool for three days, tests of blood will help.
If needed get admitted to the hospital for observation and further investigations if needed.
Intravenous fluids, nil orally and conservative management may heal the problems, surgery is rarely required if there is any perforation of intestine or so.
