What causes abdominal pain post a colostomy bag removal?

My husband had colon cancer last yr and had surgery to remove then surgery to take down colostomy bag..he is experiencing severe abdominal pain .vomited ..after he threw up he gave himself an enima and only could get so far and passed some ...has been taking large amounts of immoduim to keep from messing self as

It is not related to knee replacement.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
