What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Right Side?

I have a 17mm CBD. Went to ER for UTI, brown urine. My right side hurts as if I have run for a long time and it slightly reminds me of when I had Hep A in 3rd grade. But my stomach hurts on the left side of my navel very bad sometimes. It does not last very long. No gallbladder, no stones or tumors on scan. I m just worried that the pain that I m having , it just comes very quickly and leaves after 30 min at the most. Why would my CBD be so large and can it drain , receive what ever it does properly being that dialated? Thank you!

You said you have pain in right side after running for a long tym and all your investigations are normal. Do you have any other symptoms like fever, weight loss or loose motion etc? If no, and this pain occurs after running then it is most likely exercise induced pain which occurs in people after exercise. But you need to talk to your doctor about this to confirm. And as for as cbd is concerned as you said that the scans are quite good and no abnormality, then it means they are working properly but the cause should be sort out.
