What Causes Abdominal Pain, Night Sweats And Irregular Menstrual Cycle?

I am a 45 year old woman, that has 3 children. I am positive that I am not pregnant. I had a blood panel done last year that Im not menapausal. I have abnormal menstral cycles for the last four years. I have had abdominal pain and night sweats for the last 2 weeks.

Hello,

Most probably you are going through perimenopause this year and I think the last year panel is not valid. You may need to do a total blood count and formula for this year and also a biochemical blood balance.
Also hyperthyroidism may be a cause of your symptoms so testing T3, T4 and TSH levels is advisable.
