What Causes Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Mucus In Diarrhea?

I have severe stomach pain and nausea with mucous diarrhea. My gut hurts up under ribs through to my back. Weird taste in my mouth with real bad breath and sour stomach. Heart palpitations and bruising. Not sure what s going on. Been sick a couple weeks. I m having flashbacks of the sickness from chemo.

is there a tint of blood in the stool and is the pain like cramps and colic, do you feel like going to the loo soon after eating some thing
seems like a colon infection with the above requested information we can be of better help
