What Causes Abdominal Pain, Lower Back Pain, Dry Mouth, Nausea And Shortness Of Breath?

hi I have been experiencing abdominal pains and lower back pains for the past 2 days which at times would feel severe... My mouth is also extremely dry even though I ve been drinking water, I am also experiencing slight shortness of breath and nausea. thank you for helping.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have abdominal pain, lower back pain, dry mouth, nausea and shortness of breath . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like heart rhythm disorder , dehydration , anemia , medication reaction or side-effect , tachycardia or congestive heart failure . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may take history , check vitals and order certain test like ECG . Doctor may also ask if you start taking new medicine , to rule out side effects of a medicine . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist ,who may order troponin t test to confirm the condition like angina . For now stay calm , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and apply warm compresses on back .
