What Causes Abdominal Pain, Loose Stools And Brown Vaginal Discharge?
I am just finishing my period, yesterday I had really bad abdominal pain and loose stool. It felt like I was being pulled apart from the inside out, today I have a little bit of abdominal pain and have had a discharge that is watery and has blood but is also brown and has a strange sickly sweet smell that I have never noticed before is this an infection of some sort? Also I had a baby 7 months ago

Abdominal pain along with watery and bloody discharge could be due to bacterial infection. I suggest you to consult a gynecologist and get culture for the discharge. Culture will identify the micro-organism and most appropriate antibiotic effective against bacterial.
