What Causes Abdominal Pain In The Upper Abdomen On The Right Side?
Hi my RUQ abdoman just began hurting but pain started right flank this afternoon, now it is constant and pain constant 8-10. my face is flushed but no temp 98, pain in my ruq abdomen is sharp. my urine dipstick shows greater than 40 wbc and everything else is normal. urine is clear yellow, increase urination but without burning or urgency.

It seems like a case of kidney stones. i would recommend an over the counter pain killer like Tylenol and an antispasmodic like Dicycomine for temp pain relief. And drink lots of water.
It is advisable to visit a doctor, get an ultrasound and urine eaxamination done.
