What Causes Abdominal Pain In Night?
Sir, i am deepak i am 27 years old and i am suffering from slight abdominal pain in left in nights i am excreting three times or more all my symptoms are like Irritable bowel syndrome back pain associated while driving and while sitting in front of the system feeling like tensemus and my stool sometimes comes only little i am very much feared.Taking Orni o from yesterday now stool frequency reduced today i excreted late and was like constipation.now feeling better but pain comes often in nights and goes its a slight abdominal pain pl answer

All these symptoms could be due to irritable bowel syndrome or repeated gastroenteritis or uncommonly inflammatory bowel disease like chron's disease or ulcerative colitis.
Treatment is mainly based on the underlying cause but symptomatic can be given like antibiotics (quinolones with antiprotozilas combination) antiinflammatory or probiotics or laxatives .
You should undergo routine blood, stool investigations with ultrasound of abdomen and upper GI scopy for proper diagnosis first.
Consult gastroenterologist for further advise.
