What Causes Abdominal Pain During Ovulation Along With Bloating And Fatigue?

Hello, I m 29.Before my expected periods my breasts were swollen. Had a weird period on November 18, 2 days instead of 5. Also, I made a pregnancy test. It came negative.On the middle of next cycle I had very bad pain during ovulation I guess. It lasted only one day but I never experience that bad pain before. On December 1, two days ago my belly started bloating, I have some cramps and fatigue. Took another pregnancy test today, negative again. What s going on with me? Thanks.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain during ovulation can occur and is known as Mittelschmerz pain. It is due to the rupture of the follicle and release of the ovum.
Premenstrual bloating, cramps and fatigue, along with breast engorgement and tenderness is common and is a part of premenstrual syndrome.
If your periods are delayed, then you should get a urine pregnancy test done. If your periods are normal, then there is no reason to worry.
