Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of abdominal pain, cough and breathing difficulty which seems to be due to infection of respiratory tract and due to infection of GI tract. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order blood test, stool test, ultrasound or take history to confirm the diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe antibacterial or antiviral depending upon the diagnosis. You should take cough expectorants. For now eat light and non spicy in small and frequent meals and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. Avoid intake of cold carbonated beverages and outside food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
