What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Bleeding?

I have an yeast infection of hepatites A before one month and after that I have twice periods ij next month brown descharge is coming out of vagina I take candid but know after half day bleeding coming out of vagina and abdominal pain is started what the cause
