What Causes Abdominal Pain And Pressure Around The Navel?

Having alot of pressure and some pain in abdomen around belly button area for the last 3 days. Not sure if related or not, but about the time it started had a lot of back pain and by the end of the day I felt like I had a fever and all over body aches. Self treated at home that night but have had the pressure and pain ever since. It is sporadic throughout the day but I always feel it. Some heartburn and burning and vaginal discharge as well.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to indigestion along with belly button infection or some mild intestinal obstruction
If you have swelling the require detailed examination by the surgeon to rule out hernia and undergo USG scan/x-ray.
Take following advises:
tablet diclofenac plus paracetamol
Drink plenty of water
Tablet unienzyme and gas-x
Tablet pantoprzole before meal
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause
