What Causes Abdominal Pain And Fever?

yes i have been having upper abdominal pain, a fever that comes and goes, i feel very lightheaded. it has been almost 48 hours ongoing. i have a good appetite but i have no energy to eat. i work at 8 am and i dont feel bad on my way to work almost after an hour from waking up i feel my body temperature rising. i occasionally get the chills and feel like its cold then in a flash i begin getting heat flashes. while eating last night my husband noted that i would have to pause and almost regain myself. when he would ask me what was wrong i told him that i felt like all the engery in my body left and i had to focus on breathing

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the just worm feeling and not exactly fever then it is nothing to worry as long as the fever is concern it needs to be measured and if it is more that 99 F then underlying cause of it needs to be known and it is the infection in most of the cases and condition can be treated accordingly, but here in your case it seems to be just physiological condition and may not be pathological changes if it is not the febrile condition, looking to your age it could be hormonal changes that caused the symptoms else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
